The iLead Talk Series is organised as a platform for sharing ideas, knowledge and experiences relating to the latest strategic leadership topics and trends. iLead Talk Series 1/2018 brings the theme ‘Women in Leadership’. This edition’s theme is in conjunction with 2018 as the Year of Empowerment of Women. With many ministries and agencies organising various related programs according to their niche areas, INTAN recognizes the need to have a discourse pertaining women in leadership. This is further echoed during the Women’s TN50 Dialogue Session with YAB Prime Minister in September 2017, where a specific aspiration pertaining women at the decision making level and politics was churned.
